Problem:

The wealth gap is fed by the opportunity gap. Our communities receive little to no income from the charter schools in our communities. Instead, the opportunity gap creates more jobs for white entrepreneurs capitalizing off of Global Majority communities' hardships.

Proposed Solution:

The Opportunity Gap further supports the capitalization of Global Majority communities.   Third party contractors are brought in to support the schools and none of the providers are from the community and therefore in no way support the financial sustainability of communities.

Supporting the Entrepreneurship Incubator means putting jobs back in the community and ensuring the dollar stays in the communities served to build wealth, health, and collaborative community practices.  Communities become closer and even more invested in the education system.
